Dendrohydrological reconstruction of the Brindabella Range
State/Territory: ACT

This project aims to deliver a reconstruction of flow within the Cotter and Murrumbidgee Rivers. The project will integrate new sample materials collected during 2010/11 with those collected over the last 30 years of tree-ring study at the ANU, to produce a tree-ring width chronology spanning at least 200 years. Analysis will focus on developing a reconstruction of annual flow within the upper Murrumbidgee and Cotter Rivers.
